Technis was established in 2007 and provides consulting, business advisory and professional Non-Executive Director services to Defence and technology-based companies. We are based in Melbourne, Victoria, and work with clients throughout Australia. Our clients have spanned the full range of the company life-cycle, from early-stage start-ups to established companies with operations in multiple countries.

The principal of Technis is Mark Hender MPhil(Oxford), BE(Hons), FAICD. Mark is an experienced senior manager and director who has been involved with defence and technology-based businesses for more than 25 years.
